Looking for some original, quality Black Metal? Iceland's Misþyrming (Translation – Abuse) has you covered. This talented four-piece brings a MASSIVE sound with sweeping instrumentals, visceral vocals, and all encompassing atmospheric work. The end result is impressive to say the very least. Or as one fan said, "As raw, cold and uncompromising as the wind across the lava fields…"
You can hear all of this and more on Misþyrming's strong debut, "Söngvar elds og óreiðu" (Translation – Songs of fire and chaos). If you want a dark and intense experience, I fully recommend you hit the "play" button just below and enter into a whole other realm.
This is easily my favorite Black Metal release of 2015 so far. It might just end up being yours as well.
If you enjoy, note that all the music is available for a "name your price" download over on Bandcamp. Go forth and enjoy metal m/
