After leaving us all speechless with two delicious EPs – "Newborn Sun" (2013) and "Woohoo!" (2014) – San Diego's instrumental progressive quartet CHON is now ready for the next big step.
Fresh off signing with American modern metal giant Sumerian Records, the band will release their long awaited debut album "Grow" on March 24th, 2015. And yesterday, we had a glimpse of the sweet material to come. On Sumerian Records' YouTube channel you can now find a pretty cool video for the new song "Story", which will be featured on this new release. The song has exactly what you cam expect from this band and some: sweet composition, delightful guitar work and great vibes.
Go check it out right now and pre-order the album if you enjoy it! Also, don't forget to check out the band on tour next March/April when they'll be performing all around the US with Circa Survive and Balance And Composure! Good times all around.
