It’s been an interesting past two years for hardcore band Rotting Out. First, they called it quits on their own terms towards the beginning of Spring 2015. A year later, vocalist Walter Delgado was arrested under drug trafficking charges in Ohio when he was caught with 70 pounds of marijuana, steroids, and hash oil. He and his partner pleaded guilty following this.
Now, the latest news is that Walter Delgado has been sentenced to 18 months in prison along with a $5,000 fine. That being said, he’s actually been incarcerated in Ohio since July with potential for early release as early as September of next year. Only time will tell what happens on that front.
