The Assassins Creed is strong in this one. References aside, Animus Complex is an awesome newcomer worthy of your attention. Hailing from the desert of Arizona, the music Animus Complex makes is anything but desolate. Although the band is still in the early stages, it’s obvious there is serious potential here.
Progressive Metal is the Animus’s weapon of choice. With groove and intelligent composition, they’ve been sitting on about an EP’s worth of pre-pro tracks for awhile… until now!
They just put out their debut – with enough tracks to make an album! Hell yeah! You can stream through the great self-titled effort below. But the fun doesn’t stop there… “Animus Complex” is up for grabs with a “name your price” download on Bandcamp! It’s HIGHLY recommended you take advantage of this.
