According to a final ruling by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, DHS, it will now cost foreign artists hoping to tour the United States as much as 53% more for visa fees. These changes will take place on October 2nd.
A P class visa has increased ~51% to $695 and an O class visa has increased ~53% to $705. This is with a 15 business day waiting period for all applicants unless they expedite the process with an additional $1,000+ charge.
