StarSystems is the project of artist Joseph Stevenson from Edinburgh, Scotland. Over the years, he’s brought all kinds of beautiful sounds to listeners the world over using a highly refined DIY approach to Progressive Metal / Rock music with no shortage of talent.
Most recently, he released the album “Lift” this month! It comes packed with 10 fresh tracks to tantalize the ears and lift the soul. You can dig in for yourself across most major online music platforms and specifically on the StarSystems’ Bandcamp and YouTube pages.
Today, we’re highlighting the second to last track taken from the album which also happens to be the title track. It’s the longest track on the record standing at just over 8 minutes and features no less than Dream Theater’s Jordan Rudess. You can enjoy this for yourself right here:
