It’s hard to believe that it’s been over two years since the fatal bus / semi crash that incapacitated The Ghost Inside. The band has been hard at work piecing themselves back together physically ever since to continue doing what they love. All things considered, they’ve shown a wonderfully positive and inspiring attitude through it the entire process. We have nothing but respect for these guys. For much more information on their recovery process, you can CLICK HERE.
The band had previously stated that their goal was to recover enough to play Warped Tour this year – a goal they’ve unfortunately been forced to miss. This isn’t too surprising given the recent statement from frontman Johnathan Vigil (CLICK HERE to read) and the Warped Tour announcement itself yesterday (CLICK HERE to look). As such, the band took to Twitter to collectively release some comments for the fans.
Update: the final Warped Tour summer lineup was announced today and we won’t be a part of it. Lots of you might be disappointed and we are too but we aren’t quite fit for the stage yet.

BUT. The lineup is stacked. So many of our friends, bands we’ve toured with, bands we listen to. @KevinLyman is sending it off in style. We couldn’t thank him enough in a hundred summers for the opportunity to be a part of two warped tours.

The ultimate honor of our career so far was having the opportunity to represent @epitaphrecords on the main stage of Warped ‘14. Far beyond the wildest dreams of a little hardcore band from SoCal.
