For those who don’t know, Ghost Atlas is the name of the side project of ERRA’s guitarist and vocalist Jesse Cash. Currently, they’re gearing up to bring out a new album independently. It goes by the name of “All Is In Sync, And There’s Nothing Left To Sing About“ and will be available on November 17th. Pre-orders are currently available to those who CLICK HERE.
In support of this, four singles have been put out recently. The newest of these goes by the name of “NightDrive” and comes complete with a music video. All of the above can be scoped out down below.
Jesse had the following to say of the new track:
“‘NightDrive‘ is meant to be a statement against vanity. It’s about pursuing a dream for the wrong reasons, and never fully reaching your goals as a result. It’s inspired by a lot of the somewhat delusional personalities you find in a place like Los Angeles. It is absolutely not meant to deviate anyone from pursuing an unorthodox path or moving to a place to help further that. It’s just a cautionary tale to do so with plenty of self-awareness and humility.”
He also had the following to say of Ghost Atlas in general:
“ERRA is a metal band, I’ve always enjoyed playing and writing that stuff, but Ghost Atlas is more of a reflection of what I personally enjoy, what I listen to most and what influenced my songwriting late in high school.”
