What you will find “Between the Coral Reefs” will be well worth the dive.
I stumbled across this fellow on Soundcloud and immediately listened to everything he had available.
Again, I am easily taken in by badass album covers and the cover to “Anthracite Galaxy” looks awesome. So, of course I had to give it a listen.
At first listen I was very into how great the tone of the guitar was…
Then… My brain exploded.
This is so well put together!
Considering how few views and little press there is about this guy, I was amazed at how fucking SICK it sounded.
Composition.
Guitar tone.
Bass
Drums.
All sound great.
I don’t know if he is a multi-instrumentalist or programs the instruments he doesn’t play, but in any case, it is on par with many leading progressive djent/metal acts out there.
It’s all instrumental (at least from what I’ve heard) and you NEEEEEEEED to hear this.
Badassery on a grand scale.
I am trying to find out where to actually get a hold of this album, but as of now, it is streaming in it’s entirety on Soundcloud.com.
