Here we have an excellent Melodic Hardcore unit stemming from Oslo, Norway. Functioning as a five-piece band, the Halcyon Days style is both hard hitting and uplifting while simultaneously not shying away from the darker side of human nature. This isn’t merely music. It’s an experience that allows them to stand toe-to-toe with some of […]
ADE “Carthago Delenda Est” Album Previews
ADE made a huge impression on us at The Circle Pit when they dropped their 2013 album “Spartacus” to follow up their 2009 effort “Prooemivm Sangvine”. Their approach to music can be summed up with four words – Ancient Roman Death Metal. They pull off this original sound flawlessly while bringing in elements of supreme […]

Jason Richardson (ex-Born Of Osiris, Chelsea Grin) “OMNI” Single
For those who don’t know, Jason Richardson (past axeman for Born Of Osiris, Chelsea Grin, and All Shall Perish) has been hard at work constructing his debut solo album. So far, it’s sounding very damn impressive. It will manifest itself as an instrumental album full of shredding. It should be quite the experience to behold! […]
