According to reports from the New Haven Register, a jury found ex-Hatebreed drummer Nicholas Papantoniou, age 39, guilty of felony murder with additional charges of first-degree burglary and criminal possession of a firearm. Consequently, he faces a maximum of 90 years in prison with sentencing to take place on May 26.
He was not a long stay in the Hatebreed line-up. He drummed with the band in the year 1997 with no appearance on record. But that doesn’t necessarily make this news any less shocking.
