Australian symphonic deathcore band Make Them Suffer have released a new single, “Requiem”, which is off their upcoming sophomore LP, entitled “Old Souls”.
As of yet there is no official release date but their official website leads to a countdown timer, which presumably counts down to the album’s release.
Upon first listening to this, the first 10 seconds of this song was enough to get me hyped! This band is proof that deathcore can be melodic and, at times, rather beautiful!
This song definitely seems like a big “fuck you” to everyone who said that Make Them Suffer sold out with their first record, “Neverbloom”, although that album was definitely on my list of favourite albums of 2012.
