After showing us two massive tunes off of their forthcoming sophomore album, “The Amanuensis”, Monuments have now revealed the third track off their new record. “The Amanuensis” is definitely looking to be a killer of a album, highly qualified to reach our top lists of the year.
“The Alchemist” features more insane riffage and killer vocals by Chris Barretto. This may be the heaviest track they've released for “The Amanuensis” so far. It stacks up well to the other two singles unveiled so far: “I, The Creator” and “Origin Of Escape”.
The new Monuments album will see the light of day on June 23rd via Century Media Records in Europe / the UK and Australia / New Zealand, while North America will have to wait until July 8th. But so far, it looks like it'll definitely be worth the wait!
