Seriously, the latest Special Providence single has been stuck in my head for the better part of a week. This Hungarian four-piece has been going strong since 2004 and show no sign of slowing their roll. They were introduced to me by Theo Green, singer for Arrow Haze and friend of The Circle Pit. His suggestion did not come lightly and it’s evident why. This band merges a bunch of sounds into what they’ve coined “progressivejazzrockmetalturbochill”. If you couldn’t read that, it simply stands for “awesome”.
In total, they’ve released 3 studio albums. I haven’t listened through all of them (yet), but their latest work (as I may have mentioned) is excellent. Not to mention addictive.
