I randomly stumbled upon this one man Black Metal band from Edmonton the other day. And it's safe to say I'm glad for it.
Mark Rafferty is the name to keep in mind. He single-handedly constructs music that could be placed in the upper echelons of Black Metal. With a brilliant control of melancholy, atmosphere, and absolute chaos, this music may hit you in ways you wouldn't expect. Even if Black Metal isn't your thing, this one man band is worth looking into.
He has released a total of 3 full-length albums, the latest of which is last year's "The World Ends". This is the apocalypse you want to happen. Stream through the entire effort below for an apocalypse now! m/
