Here’s a band that unfortunately split up last year. However, they’re still very much worth your time and energy (maybe even some $$$ if you enjoy it enough).
Altar of Plagues hailed from Ireland and brought some very dark and heavy music with them. They’re sound was fueled by pure creativity and maniacal purpose. I’d hate to label them as any one sub-genre. Generally brought a sound crossing Black, Death, and Doom Metal with extreme atmosphere and experimentation. Very interesting material.
