Is this brand new? No. Is this band even together anymore? No. Is this awesome? Yes. Should you give it a listen? Definitely.
Coming from Philadelphia, A Life Once Lost provided a heavy, damn near relentless groove. This is some very mosh worthy material essentially blending a Metalcore / Groove Metal sound with some unique elements. This is especially true of their final (2012) album “Ecstatic Trance”. You can stream the entire album below and grab it in a number of formats on Bandcamp!
