Djent and trancecore mashup?? …yes, it might work… wait, it works!
Fail Emotions already did it in 2010 with the album “Transformation” and in 2012 with their EP “Speed Of Light” featuring heavy influence from dubstep and drum n bass as well.
Their sound kept evolving til nowadays. This Russian band is now working on a new album to hopefully be released in 2013 and in the meantime they’ve released a new single “Gravity” which they’ve been working on for months. It’s a maxi-single featuring the main track, a second new song called “Age Of Reason”, a bunch of remixes and the instrumental version of the two new tracks. Now that’s what you call a damn single pack!
If you’re a fan of heavy electronic contaminations in metal this won’t disappoint you. They’re probably the band to watch out for in the trancecore movement. They’re one of the few good trancecorian survivors now. You can stream “Gravity” on the band’s Soundcloud! Give it a listen!
