This is just one of those headlines that makes you laugh a bit. Varg Vikernes is a notorious name throughout the metal community, and in some cases beyond. The infamous Norwegian is known for church burnings among other things including his Black Metal act Burzum. Trve shit.
Recently, Varg was arrested for supposedly plotting acts of terrorism in France. Both he and his wife, Marie Cachet, were released without charge following the events.
Now the couple appears to be preparing for a lawsuit via a crowdfunding campaign requesting the means to do so. Varg wrote up a dialogue giving his reasoning for such actions. Read up here. And when you’re done, listen to some Burzum blackness below.
