Here’s somewhat of an assuming story. The singing machine Daniel Tompkins (Skyharbor, In Colour, ex-Tesseract) was recently scouted by American TV talent show The Voice. He turned them down.

I must say American TV “talent shows” are a joke. But I do have some respect for The Voice over say… the gag-worthy American Idol or X-Factor. From my recollection, they have a generally talented panel (No Nick Minaj) and seek out at least some real talent. Whoda thunk?
