What an great band name. Makes me wanna go pet a tiger or something. Coming out of Indiana, Exotic Animal Petting Zoo are an experimental, progressive rock, chaotic hardcore type band. I just came across this video today and was fairly impressed. It’s like someone combined The Dillinger Escape Plan with Deftones and… a tiger. If that sounds like something you would like to hear, by all means watch the video below and try not to laugh at the band’s 70’s-80’s attire. Exotic Animal Petting Zoo also just released a new album “Tree of Tongues” not too long ago. I included another track from that record “Apis Bull”. If you like what you hear, buy that!
